Sorting Samples – Before submitting a job, the samples can be sorted into the order you want them to show on the report. In the Samples tab, click Sort and drag the samples into the correct order then click Save.
Search for Tests – Type in the first few letters of the test name to search, instead of scrolling the list.
Test Profiles – Select the test info button 
to see what tests are included in the profile.
Copy Function – You can use the Copy function to copy the sample type, depth and tests to a new sample. You will only need to add the sample name, GPS points and scan the barcode which makes it easier to submit large jobs.
GPS Capture – You can only capture the GPS if the accuracy is less than 30m and no older than 30 seconds. You can also use the Map function to pin the sample location onto a google map.
Deep N (Mineral Nitrogen) Tests:
South Island – If samples are submitted by a South Island client, select Mineral Nitrogen Profile Christchurch as the test and courier the samples to our Christchurch site.
North Island – If samples are submitted by a North Island client, select Mineral Nitrogen Profile Hamilton as the test and courier the samples to our Hamilton site.
Courier bags or chilly bins with return tickets to our Christchurch or Hamilton site are available.
Sample Bags – Please make sure plant samples are submitted in the plant & feed sample bags and soil samples are in the soil bag.
Combining Jobs – Please note that we can’t combine two app jobs or re-order the samples once the app file is submitted.
Courier Bags & Sending Samples – Please write your name on the outside of the courier bag before you send the samples. This ensures we know who to contact if anything goes wrong.
Before you close your app, make sure all your jobs have been submitted and a cloud with a green tick is showing.
